Cam spoke to the media after the loss to Baltimore. He said the defense was young, but they were not looking at that as an excuse:
“Everyone on this team is accountable, and we’re going to improve.”
On the defense not creating turnovers:
“They’re going to come. I’m not worried about that. We were in the right position a bunch of times, we just didn’t finish them. We have to get back to raking the ball, we have to do what’s necessary. I don’t know what it is, but we have to get some turnovers and get off the field.”
The Steelers will have a long break, after a short week, which will help. They play next on September 21 against the Carolina Panthers.
