From Mike Prisuta, Steelers.com:

The Steelers went to New York looking for a win to stay in control in the playoff hunt and left not only with a 16-10 loss, but with multiple injuries, including an injury to quarterback Mason Rudolph.

“It’s put up or shut up time and we didn’t get the job done today,” said Coach Mike Tomlin.

Rudolph came into the game in the second quarter after Devlin Hodges threw two interceptions in the first half. Rudolph helped the Steelers tie the game, 10-10, with a touchdown pass to Diontae Johnson. Rudolph was hot, completing 14 of 20 passes for 129 yards, but suffered a shoulder injury and was sidelined for the remainder of the game.

Game change:

The Steelers-Ravens game on Sunday, Dec. 29 will have a lot on the line, and that is exactly why the NFL flexed the game from a 1 p.m. start to a 4:25 p.m. kickoff.

The game will be seen on CBS-TV, locally on KDKA-TV.

If the Steelers defeat the Ravens and the Titans lose to the Texans, the Steelers will clinch the AFC 6th seed and be a Wild Card Playoff team. The Titans-Texans game has also been moved to a 4:25 start.
